Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. It feels faster than what I thought it was going to be but it was also heavier then I thought it would feel like. Then again dont carry my widewheel far. The widewheel is still super portable thanks to its folding mechanism, which is uber convenient to put in a back seat or better yet the trunk of a car. Puts a smile on my face to ride and I try to use any excuse to hop on for spin.

Granted, the first few meters on the Dual Motor put the fear of god into me, BUT once you do a couple practice laps around the block, you get used to it pretty quickly. It‘s stylish, fast and perfect for my commute. —-saves me little over an hour every day!! The manual explains everything you might need to know from adjusting the brakes to unlocking the speed limiter. You won't believe the Power and Speed that this scooter delivers. Also you save yourself the gym when carrying the 20kg dual motor up and down the train station twice every day. So tons of upsights with this thing!!! Thanks a lot to Fluidfreeride also for the pre- purchase support!

I got the WideWheel two weeks ago and it's definitely a powerful and fun scooter, but here are some pros and cons: Pros: it's very fun to ride since it's very fast and can claim any hills very easily, wide wheels gives more stability and it has a decent range for that amount of power, I have reached about 18 miles on a single charge. Cons: some disappointing stuff like a very sensitive throttle, it's hard to start/maintain a decent speed, the materials and assembling are not good quality, it's hard to do quick turns because of the wide wheels, pretty ruff on roads imperfections etc, also always making squeaky noises from all the plastic pieces while riding, folding mechanism is one of the worse I have seen, it takes to much time to fold/unfold it and the bar keeps moving back and forth even having the screws very tight, head and tail lights are not very bright, the headlight is ok for others to see you but not good at all for riding at night time, taillight is very poor, you can barely see it when braking during daytime and you already know about the interface which everyone comment on it, it's not that terrible for me since I got used to it in a couple days but it could be a lot easier and would be good to see the speed you are going. Overall, I think they invest mostly in power like they have said in previous reviews and doesn't take in consideration many other things that are important for a "good" scooter like this. Mine came with two broken plastic pieces which was very disappointing to me with brand new scooter, I got $100 refund and one of them replaced. I had to pay to have the brakes adjusted as well.

Handling is great, ride is as smooth D.C. pavement will allow. I commute on this every day. At first, I was a bit disappointed in not getting to full speed but was still dusting the rent-a-scooters and catching and passing casual bike riders. Now that I understand the how to work the control panel and got it to full speed, its a BEAST!! I can ride in street traffic here during rush hour in D.C. as 90% of the roads (except through ways) are at 25 mph as well. Love this scooter!!!

Heavy, resilient and stable. I feel I bought a life lasting war tank It is way heavier than I anticipated, but it feels on the build quality. I've tested 12 scooters before trying this one. And now I'm sold. I leave it locked outside when using it for errands, with a decent U-lock, it's brilliant. Fitted on the frame a GoPro for recording while driving. Had to contact Fluidride 3 times for different reasons, billing, invoicing and packaging. Same day top replies that solved every issue. Seriously great support. Driving this scooter is, different. Stable in a way that feels like its self balancing. Insanely quick, the brake does his job properly as long as you're responsible. Things to keep attention to: It is heavy. - I still carry it two floors every day with no complaints. You don't get anything fancy like mobile app or firmware upgrades, etc. You do get a scooter that is reliable, you have all the parts easily available and it's provided with every tool you need to completely disassemble it. The bolts and fittings are of great quality I could keep going with this review, if you can afford it, get the dual motor and don't think twice.
