2019 WideWheel Dual 500W motor - 13.2Ah battery Reviews

4.6 Rating 462 Reviews
I'm so far very pleased with my dual motor version. I live in NYC and commute from Queens to Manhattan. On the subway, it typically takes 45 mins to get to work. Now I can get there in 20! If I want to take a more scenic route, I can still get there in half an hour. The acceleration is great. Getting around the city is no problem. The suspension really helps with some of the bigger potholes. The voltage meter on this year's model, really is more of an effective way to gauge battery life, although I'm able to get to work and back home again before needed to charge. It folds up small enough to store under a bench in my locker room at work. It's a little heavy getting it in and out of wherever you are, but it's so worth it once you're on it! So much fun.

Worth the wait. Very happy with the product, powers great, goes up even the steepest hills around our area. Breaks work great. Ride feeling kind of like being on a snowboard or skateboard, the wide wheel gives you an option of being able to lean a bit using your body but still lets you ride comfortably standing straight if that is what you prefer. Adjusted quickly to the difference, wide wheel verses slimmer inflatables. Must note: scooter prefers smooth cement/asphalt for sure. Long battery life, "definitely" goes up and well over 20mph in fast mode (Im 175lbs) . Went 11 miles one ride in fast mode on the throttle heavy and still had two lights left at final destination. Carried charger in back pack, charged it 90mins while visiting and then back I went. Very helpful knowing we have a support system with Peter at fluidfreeride, will for sure be recommending. He has gotten back to me personally, quickly, and professionally with every question I had. Very cool scooter with plenty of power. Many people stopping and inquiring about the product. Big bang for the buck. Bought two so my wife and I could both ride. Its a blast:) JC

Hi I'm using intensively my scooter since I got it, here in Mexico City. The conditions of the payment here are horrible and so far, the scooter behaves well... Let's see what the time decides. I have the two motors version and it is fast!, I'm still learning how to handle the speed and the torque as the wide wheel characteristic makes a bit different the handling but definitely the grip is much higher than the rental e-scooters we have here. The brake grinds loudly... That's a characteristic of a disk brake but it would be nice to have something less scandalous. Maybe I'll try to improve mine later. Great product in the overall, I would recommend it for this city at this moment.

These scooters are amazing and can get up and go. I'm a 250 lb guy that was worried they would not perform and move fast but they do. My wife has to keep in the slower mode because of how lite she is. Probably going to buy more in the near future!!!

Love the scooter. Sturdy, powerful, fun. I use it for commuting. The only thing that annoys me is the LED controller/display. Very counter-intuitive and hard to figure out or remember how to adjust settings.

One motor version. Worked as expected. Very stable, solid and with good speed and power, enough for flat terrain and soft inclines. Great as commuting option for short and medium distances. It is indeed heavy, as expected, and I would improve a little the mudguard.

This is my first time own an eScooter, I must say, this scooter got lot of torque, I live in a community with lot of deep hills. With dual power 1000W, this scooter climb up hills piece of cake. 2 Things that I do not like about this scooter is that it only came with rear brake. Not sure what the design team were thinking, with this kind of juice, the scooter should be equip 2 brakes front and rear. I can understand for a 500W, 1 rear brake is fine. But not for a 1000W scooter, both front and rear brakes should be equip. Also, this scooter does not have any App connect. Anyhow, I give 3 stars because it lacks such features. Hopefully, the next model up should have these features implemented. There are other scooters on the market in the same class have these features built in such as the Dualtron, turbowheel, dualped, Uberscoot, velocifero Mad, and many more... If you don't mind those missing features, then this wide wheel scooter is lot of fun. TT

I want absolutely sold until the scooter arrived. It's only been a couple of weeks occasional use and I am not disappointed one bit. In fact I am impressed. This definately has the looks and the power.
