“I've been riding this for over a month now, and find it very easy, sturdy and fun to ride. The UI could use a lot of work (give us a speedometer!); its very basic... but the experience of riding has been nailed. I take this up and down hills on crappy roads and broken pavement and I've never had to fear I would come off. Happy with my purchase.”
“The scooter is amazing. I believe it is the perfect balance in power and distance and weight. It can easily be folded up and put into a vehicle, and then brought back out and ridden around. It has plenty of acceleration, and can get up to about 25mph. And that is with a 275lb rider on it.
Battery endurance is a must on these scooters, and it does a great job. I have never ran out of battery, and I am usually full speed wherever I go, and I have gone about 10 miles before. Power is there for acceleration which is like a safety feature I believe when you are so much smaller than everyone else. You can quickly move out of the way if someone pulls out in front of you or anything like that.
Braking and suspension are good. Kind of wish there was some kind of regenerative braking instead of always having to abuse the poor mechanical brake. Suspension is stiff, yet supple. The tires are solid, so all bumps and such are transmitted. Sorry to the smooth ride police. But it still isn't that bad, and can hold well over its rated weight as well.
Ergonomics are pretty decent. I am 5'10", and fit about perfectly on it as far as the handlebar height and such. About the only real gripe I could ever make for this, is that it needs a little wider deck for your feet.”
“Overall I love the scooter (1000 watt, rider is 205lbs). Super fast acceleration, handles well, very comfortable ride. Only issue I've had was that the brake came from the factory misadjusted, in fact it was far enough out of spec that it rubbed constantly and began to warp. Took it into a bicycle shop and they were able to repair it, but it seems like an important detail to overlook considering the price of the scooter.”
“The eco mode cannot be activated as described in the manual....and the throttle gives me wheelies about half way down.....it is not linear as you push down...I'm 72 and it is scary to drive. (I have driven scooters before).”
“I purchased a RND M1 scooter from amazon before buying this scooter. I was not satisfied with the battery life, scooter speed or the foot pedal throttle control so, back it went to amazon. I pre-ordered this scooter and it was absolutely worth the wait. It has been said before in all the other reviews but, the torque on the this thing is no joke. I weigh 210 lbs. and it has no problem handling my weight, even up a steep hill grade. I haven't really ridden it much yet but it definitely rides different from the other scooters I have ridden. There is a slight learning curve. It's turning radius is not as tight as most other scooters, but it is fine once you get used to it. This thing induces a great big, fat, stupid grin on everybody's face that i have let ride it. I can't attest to the battery life yet, but the fun factor is a 10. I recommend purchasing this scooter from here verses amazon. You get the updated 2019 model and for cheaper. Is you are considering this scooter just buy it. You won't regret it”
“I absolutely love my widewheel dual motor. Its powerful, comfortable and most importantly fun to ride. I would highly recommend this scooter from fluidfreeride. Also customer service/support is top notch. Can't ask for a better company!”
