4.6 Rating 22 Reviews
I love the Wolf Warrior GT PRO however customer service has not been up to par thus far. I was promised that I would have the brake kit rushed over night delivery for next day. It will be 2wks later on the 21st and I still have not received the kit as of today.

Skip to bottom paragraph for summary. Had a lot of problems, but support, within their 24-48 hours (although on the later end of that) did reach back out to me with all of them, and opted to send a fast charger for my troubles. Took a nasty fall because the brakes had air in them out of the box, got injured, but survived. My fault for not wearing PPE. Red decorative silicone pad on the standing area fell off. The rear indicator lights randomly stopped working and it took me forever to figure out the problem. After taking apart the rear indicator unit and putting it back together, opening up the circuit board box, plugging and unplugging a few things, examining and deciphering the alien diagrams found in the manual and limited information online, I isolated the problem to a random kink in one of the wires leading from the circuit board box to the battery area (and to the rear indicator lights). After cutting out the section of bad wire, stripping the wires, soldering, and heat shrink wrapping them, it worked like a charm and stayed on when using the indicators. Second point about the brakes being full of air... Well, I had a good guess that it was air. Took it to a bike shop, not wanting to wait for support to send a brake bleed and fill kit. Very limited information online about what could be wrong with my brakes, only by a correct hypothesis was it the brake fluid (mineral oil) or the lack thereof. I guess that was that oily stuff I found in some places, thought it was just from when they filled it. $50 plus tax later, and I had working brakes again. The bike shop I took it to did a premium job. The soldering equipment for the bad section of wire set me back about another $40. Some screws from home depot for the ones holding up the display falling out set me back another $1.50 My injury is healing for free. So... with all the problems eventually fixed, and support eventually replying to my various updates, their ultimate solution was to send me a fast charger which I'm not really going to use. A value of $130, against the time, pain, disappointment, and approximately $96 that I spent. I'm happy with the scooter I really am... It's my pride and joy. Especially after spending so much time diagnosing and resolving the issues with it. But I really would've liked everything to just work out of the box.. or at least have more guidance in advance as to what could be wrong with it. I would honestly give 1 or 2 stars just to complain, but support did opt to send something rather than nothing, even if it costs them less than what they would be selling it for. Support was fast in replying when I was in the buying stages, but in the support stages, I felt that it took longer than it should. Having an injury due to a bad brake is pretty serious on its own.. To make matters worse, it was a slightly latent problem, so after initial testing, and gaining confidence, they then failed, leaving me with only regenerative braking down to about 10mph.. and then just rolling towards the obstacle I was slowing down for and being forced to jump off. Lucky for the scooter, which suffered only a scratch or two. List of problems -Brakes had air causing latent issue -Injury caused by brakes being no good on arrival -Decorative red silicone pad fell off the area which you stand on -Screws holding display fell out with regular riding and had to be replaced (one fell out after the fall, and after tightening the remaining screw, it too fell out a few days after the fall.) -An unknown and hard to identify problem with the rear indicator lights such as tail, brake, left turn, and right turn lights causing them to stop working. After some fiddling, found out an area somewhere in the middle of the wire under the coil wrap was kinked or twisted and causing a short or break in the circuit. -Spent $50 to bleed and fill the brakes, $40 on soldering equipment and wire heat shrink, and a couple dollars at home depot. -Major inconvenience guessing the problem with the brakes, leaving the scooter at the bike shop, going to a hardware store to get the necessary equipment to fix the wire (it had 5 baby wires inside) deciphering the diagram in an effort to figure out what was wrong with the rear lights, figuring out the size of the screws without reference for the display and replacing those... -Still healing from the fall due to the bad brakes. -Speedy replies during sales and slow replies during the issues.. -Suggested resolution prior to me figuring out the problems and fixing them was to save the box and not use the scooter. -Ultimately after I fixed everything, they eventually said they were sending a fast charger for my troubles.. but I didn't ask for one and I don't intend to use it since it would reduce the life expectancy of the battery. -edit, support offered anything else as well to make up for it. -Front header fell off as well.. getting a replacement from support.

This machine is in a league of its own. I've had a few "daily" runners and this is my first performance scooter. I am absolutely blown away at the build quality and the solid feel of this scooter on the road. Shipping was incredibly quick and the giant box arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The power and acceleration is incredible so be careful when you first take off. This is truly a beast and I love it.
