“I had been saving up for my scooter for almost a year. Ordered and recieved it in a timely manner. When I unboxed it, the front break doesn't work, and when I depress the break, it locks up the front wheel. Very disappointing it doesn't fully function out-of-boc. Have contacted fluid free ride, trying to decide what to do.”
“I would give this scooter and company a five star review but I was given the wrong fast charger for a scooter I never bought and it’s sitting at my house useless and I have to use the normal charger that takes 11 hours to charge and am unable to do as much with the scooter because of the charge time. I have other electric vehicles and they by far have exceeded in helping me fix an issue with a vehicle purchase especially at the price it costs. Thanks but yeah if the customer service was good and was able to help me I would definitely do a better review but I’m upset because I would like to ride but I have to wait 11 hours”

“The scooter speed is very fast love it. The steering was a little stiff at first, very durable I love all the light color options. The only thing that bothers me a little bit is that if you go over a puddle, it will shoot up water in the back which would get your back your legs and your feet wet. Other than that it is the best scooter I have ever written so far.”

“shut up and ride this bad boy... infinitely tunable for how you want to ride....crazy fast.... i have topped it out at 45...and I am well over 200 lbs... less that 180 should easily hit 40-49....all the reviews about bottoming out are nothing i experienced... i ride fast and hard.... get safety gear guys... package was advertised with fast charger... and fast charger suddenly disappeared.. what gives... awesome scooter ...but the deal changed ..no recourse”
