“This review is based on riding the scooter for more than 6 months. The scooter is great once it works. The brakes tend to wear down very fast so if you use the brakes constantly and you will you will find yourself looking for support which they tend to reply fairly quick but takes a long time to get your scooter back when in the shop plus you will be annoyed to travel to them (The supervisor like to request a tip for work done). 7 out of 10 times your scooter will be right back in the shop because the scooter tends to give issues after the 1st repair. It is a pain to get a schedule visit to repair your scooter. Scooter is wonderful if it works. New York roads won’t be recommended ohhh and it’s not water proof or water resistant. It’s a lie. Even when it wasn’t risen in the rain I had issues with the motor and had to pay lump sum of money repairing my brand new scooter that’s suppose to be under warranty. I gave a positive review 1st but this is the truthful review and most likely the company might not post it.”

Commute
“I was very impressed with this scooter when I first got it. I also own a Kaabo Wolf King GT and the suspension is no where near the same as the Nami. Chuck at Fluid Free really helped me out and was very informative. He let me try out the New Kaabo GTR as well but the Nami came out on top. Highly recommend this company and scooter.”

Commuting
“Just received the max a few days ago and I’ve put 65 miles on it already. It has cut my 10 mile commute from 30 minutes to twenty minutes. Plus I’m in a great mood when I get to work. This thing is more fun than a motorcycle. Cruising at 45-50mph actually feels comfortable. I highly recommend it. The suspension is amazing and the looks people give you are priceless.”
“I love my Burn-E 2 Max. It is the smoothest and most comfortable ride out of my 4 scooters. It has tremendous power but you can adjust settings so that you aren't overwhelmed out the gate.
I originally had damage to my Nami due to shipping but Chuck at fluidfreeride in Brooklyn took care of me and all is resolved. His customer service was exceptional. Great conversation and great tips on maintaining my ride. Chuck's crew even got me in early to put my previously purchased PMT tires on.
FFR also has several other brands/makes/models in stock that you can test ride. This is helpful when you need more input rather than buying something based off reviews on the internet. I highly recommend FFR ride and, again, Chuck and his crew were exceptional.”
