“These Multivitamins come nicely packaged and are well labelled. All the ingredients are well listed and easy to read on the label. I was slightly taken aback by the fact that the pills are a bright, albeit light blue.... They are however easy to swallow. I was previously taking a multi vitamin from a well known High Street supermarket type Health Food Store. I stopped taking them in order to try the Forza ones. The Forze are easy to swallow, unlike the previous ones I tried. AND, I find the Forza vitamins do not turn my pee a luminous shade of green, unlike the High Street haealth Food Store ones.”

“Just received this item in the post package up well and delivered on time I have used alot off multivitamin brands but this one is one of the best .As it come in a nice tube fully sealed and is well branded and the full instructions are displayed on the side off the tube just take one tablet a day with water and you feel amazing . Has all the right vitamins and minerals for your day ahead. I also do a lot off training in the gym so it help me get the right vitamins inside me am very happy with is products and will be using it again. They also have a very good supplement range of products and will be trying some off then in the future.”

“Arrived very promptly and everything appears to be professional labelled. At this point at's hard tp say how beneficial these vitamins are but should I see or feel no benefit, I shall be back to alter the review.”

“This product was given to my girlfriend to review as she is a nutritionist. It appears that the Marketing is directed at young women with lots of pinks, including the capsules. It has a very informative booklet that explains the basic principles of dieting. It comes with recipes, diet journal and general information on food labelling. The daily amount of each vitamin and mineral supplied per capsule is average. It does have a good amount of vitamin B12, though it would have been good to also include folic acid and iodine as it is aimed at young women in their reproductive years. It's suitable for vegetarians and it's also gluten-free. There is useful information on the back of the box highlighting the function of the various key vitamins. It's also clearly indicted that it is not a slimming product which is responsible marketing.”

“The box contains 30 multi-vitamin, mineral and trace element capsules designed as a food supplement for women who are undergoing a diet and exercise programme aimed at losing weight. It is not a weight-loss product itself. The product comes in a pink box with pink capsules. Top marks for the little 48-page leaflet accompanying the capsules, which contains good solid advice, tips, recipes and FAQs for healthy eating, together with a really handy proforma for a recording daily food and calorie intake. However, the product loses marks for capsule content. The blurb on the website lists calcium, iron, zinc and vitamin C as the top 4 supplements the capsules contain BUT the capsules contain only 20% of the NRV* of calcium, 40% zinc NRV and 50% NRV for both iron and vitamin C. It's also unclear why the product contains 5x the NRV of vitamin B12. That seems to me to be a poorly-designed supplement and means you may need to take additional supplements to reach the NRV for these key nutrients. I presume the calcium content is low because you couldn't fit 800mg into a single tablet (it'd be too big to swallow!). Perhaps the answer is to supply 30 multi-vitamins and 30 calcium capsules in the same box.”

“The vitamins have everything I was looking for especially since I was trying to stay away from Calcium Carbonate. They are a bit large but can be cut into. They are great for my son who doesn't eat many fruits and vegetables.”

“When the bottle arrived, one of the capsules had burst and there was powder coating every single capsule, meaning I had to take them all out, clean them off with a towel and clean out the inside of the bottle! A bit of a hassle, and the first time this has happened with a supplement I have ordered. Aside from this, the multivitamins seem fine and I have had no adverse reactions. I do wonder why the manufacturers thought it necessary or wise to add artificial colouring (Titanium Dioxide, Brilliant Blue FCF) to what is supposed to be a health product.”

“On the whole this is an excellent supplement to take, my only reservation is the blue colouring used. For myself, I do not have a reaction to colourings but my daughter still does and she is over 30. Apart from that the range of vitamins and minerals is very useful, a good range of B vitamins including a highish dose of B12 but it does not specify why variant it uses. I like to keep as healthy as possible so will continue to take the supplements I need”
