“I've tried these multivits for a week. I always take a multi and stopped my regular one to try these. It's a tough comparison between the two as the one I take is an optimum dose rather than this one which is more of a Maintainence multi. It's has a good balance of ingredients with no nasty additives. Personally I don't like or see the need for the colour of these but that's just my opinion. I'm satisfied that this supp,is getting into my system based on my how I feel so I take this a sign of good quality bioavailability.”

“I've been taking these for a couple of weeks and have replaced another brand I was using. They're beautifully presented , very smart. The labelling is very clear and includes all details you should need. The capsules are light blue colour and I found them easy to swallow. You take one on a full stomach with a glass of water everyday. These seem to be a good product. I have noticed no change from changing from previous brand to these, which is a good as nothing has got worse. The price is pretty fair for the quality and you get a 3month supply at the recommended dosage.”

“There's lots of speculation regarding the need for multivitamins and many people 'for' multivitams and some 'against', I am definately 'for' them and here's why. Something to consider when purchasing any vitamins is where you have a deficiency and it can depend on each individual factors for example on your age (most over 50s need a synthetic b12 vitamin) sex (child bearing women need folic acid and iron to assist with healthy pregnancies and the iron is to ensure you don't become deficient in iron resulting in anaemia due to losing blood through periods monthly) there's also things like biotin which is in this multivitamin and is what makes our hair and nails grow! We can normally get most of the main vitamins and minerals through diet however multivitamins are great for plugging the holes for vitamins we don't get out daily allowance from through certain foods - for an example if you have the recommended daily intake of three portions of Calcium per day then you don't need to substitute but if you don't get those three portions of calcium then supplement with Calcium and Vitamin D - we normally recieve Vitamin D from sunlight so once again, if you don't get much sun (we don't here in the UK) then you need to supplement. Most adults and children don't get enough calcium, vitamin D, or potassium according to the 2010 Dietary Guideline! I take my multivitamin (1 tablet) in the morning before breakfast. Multivitamins only work if you are consistent so get into a good routine!”

“These vitamins are easy to swallow and the size isn't too big. The capsule format is nice as the tablets don't taste chalky like some multivitamins, also it doesn't leave a funny taste in my mouth. The capsules are suitable for vegetarians which is helpful for me as I am on a pescatarian meal plan at the moment and don't have to worry about changing them while I'm on it. Obviously this is great for people who are following a vegetarian lifestyle but also great for those who don't eat pork or beef as capsule shells are often made with gelatine using these. I especially like that B vitamins are added in these as I often have to take them separately with other multivitamins I took earlier in the year. I take B vitamin complex to help with my hair, nails, skin, tiredness and energy levels. I'm also glad it has magnesium as this isn't always added in multivitamin formulas. I have just started to find out about magnesium and the good affects it has on joints, pain and recovery from sports and exercising. I love that the pack has 90 capsules and you just take one a day, that gives me 3 months worth of vitamins, both good value and also convenient. The packaging is appealing and eye catching. “my forza fitness multivitamin and mineral fitness capsules x 90 arrived the next day using amazon prime and they were well packaged together with my other amazon products in my parcel. Suitable for vegetarians - the 90 capsules is a 3 month's supply - I found them easy to take and with no awful aftertaste that repeats. They offer great value and are an encompassing vitamin ideal for those who are into fitness, I have been taking them regularly and feel much better for taking them and would therefore recommend them”

“I have made sure Iv given them multivitamin a good trial. I'm very pleased. I feel brighter and better in myself and I would have been highly recommend them to anyone wanting a good quality supplement. They are fairly affordable considering it's a 3 month supply. I have noticed most of all I have more energy and fee far less lethargic in the afternoons and after working out.”

“Great quality multivitamin supplement, contains a decent array of minerals and vitamins to keep your body healthy. I especially like the fact that it contained Vitamin D, which is actually a hormone rather than a vitamin. vitamin D contributes to a healthy bone structure and improved muscles function which is definitely a major help for those of us frequent gym goers! The pills aren't too big and I found them very easy to swallow. They come in capsule form, so you don't get that chemical after taste in your mouth, and the capsule ensures that your body doesn't absorb the contents until the shell dissolves in your stomach. I really liked the presentation, a clear bottle with a silver screw top, and bright blue capsules make it look like something from the future, although this is literally just to make the product stand out and doesn't affect the products ability to do its job. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend!”
