Since taking these I have noticed a boost in my health, most notably in my stronger immune system - I can't remember the last I got a cold or the flu, something which may be trivial for others but which is huge for someone who has asthma like me and has a poor immune system consequently. “I was in need of multi-vits and thought I'd try this one. It arrived next day via Prime, well packaged too. I have to say so far so good. I've taken it for a few days now and I feel less tired. Be aware though, you need to take this on a full stomach as these are high strength multivitamins.”

“These Forza multivitamin supplements are a good all rounder. Whilst they are not the most comprehensive multivitamin available to buy out there, they contain the essential vitamins and minerals that I usually look for. Amongst others they contain Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D and the important B vitamins. The only nutrient that is missing for me, is Iron, but it's not a big deal since I can easily take that separately. The container that these supplements come in is very sleek and surprisingly lightweight considering it contains 90 capsules. The capsules themselves are blue in colour and what I'd describe as a standard size; they are easy to swallow. The advise on the label is to take one daily, which is usual for a multivitamin. This container will therefore supply 3 months worth of multivitamins, so it's pretty good value.”

“I've been taking these for a few weeks now and find them great. First of all, price wise they are awesome! You get 3 months of a supply for the price you pay. I use them daily and haven't had any sniffles or colds in the last few weeks so they seem to be doing their job. They seem to have everything in them I need, and the supplement ingredients are as follow - Vitamin C 100 mg, Calcium 40 mg, Magnesium 37.5 mg, Pantothenic Acid (B5) 9 mg, Niacin (B3) 8 mg, Vitamin B6 7 mg, Vitamin E 6 mg, Thiamin (B1) 5.5 mg, Zinc 5 mg, Riboflavin (B2) 2.8 mg, Manganese 2.5 mg, Copper 500 g, Vitamin A 400 g, Folic Acid 100 g, Chromium 30 g, Vitamin B12 25 g, Biotin 20mcg, Vitamin D 12.5 g / Other Ingredients: Capsule Shell (HPMC), Colourings (Titanium Dioxide, Brilliant Blue FCF) and it is suitable for vegetarians.”

“Having purchased several items from Forza in the past, I was confident that these multivitamins would be top quality, and I wasn't disappointed! Each capsule contains a good ratio of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, A, B1, B5, B6 & B12, D as well as zinc, magnesium, calcium etc..
