Had a great 7 day camping trip with our family in the Rockies. The trip was catered to our interests with a wide range of ages from grandchildren to grandparents. Amanda and Kailie were great guides and very knowledgeable and accommodating to our specific needs. Definitely a positive experience for first time and experienced campers!

When my hubby and I met with Alex, our guide and owner, for our 6 day camping-hiking adventure, I thought we were pretty ready. We packed our hiking gear and brought multiple layers for our daily hikes. What we experienced was far more than that. Our group of 12, composed of us empty-nesters, families and solo travellers, came from different nations and languages, but we quickly formed a close-knit group. We each possessed a variety of camping skills, but everyone was made welcome and valued in the setting up of camp or prepping meals. Alex surprised us with the best gourmet camp cuisine I've ever experienced which fortified us for our glorious hikes o trails FROM Lake Louise to Parker Ridge in Jasper. Each trail had it's own degree of challenge and difficulty, but we were rewarded with glorious landscapes and views as well as a strong sense of accomplishment. I strongly recommend this tour. It will meet the needs if all types of travellers.

I chose this trip for my dad and I after doing extensive research of options, and could not be more happy with the company I chose. I was consistently blown away by the incredible beauty of everything we were seeing. The trip consisted of a great mix of hiking, driving, and optional activities. Our guides, Jeff and Cedric, were fantastic and made the trip what it was. Our group was fairly equal in hiking ability, but they always made sure no one felt rushed and waited for everyone. Their knowledge, skill, flexibility and patience were on point, and of course their great cooking skills helped as well:) Cedric was up crazy early every morning to make sure coffee was ready before we awoke, which was much appreciated. The provided tents, sleeping mats and sleeping bags made for a very enjoyable camping experience. It rained rather hard one night, and everything we cozy and dry in the morning. Overall, i was blown away by the experience and am so incredibly grateful I chose Fresh Adventures instead of doing it on my own. Every little detail was thought of, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn't hesitate to work with these guys again!

It was my sister and I's first time camping. We are so happy to have chosen this trip. Our 2 guides (JF and Cedric) took care of us during the whole trip. They really adapt to the group strengths and weaknesses (adjusting the schedule, the types of hike, the pace, offer alternatives). They were also very knowledgeable on animals, plant, history of the rockies. Also, the food they prepared every day was amazing (including cheese fondu at the end of a hike!) The itinerary indicated on the site can be misleading. We later understood that itineraries will vary according to the years depending on the campsites that are available. But it is grossly the same thing. Would recommend

It's a great introduction to camping and outdoor stuff and to people who is interested in wanting to experience it. Everyday there was something to do. Knowledgable guides (Jeff & Cedrick) Learned alot. Didn't regret booking. Everyone should give it a go cause it's a great experience whether bad or good lol.

My wife and I just finished an epic week in the mountains of the Canadian Rockies. Both of us have experience with camping and hiking but this trip was a refreshing change of pace for us. Coming from the states and unfamiliar with the area, we were happy to have Jeff and Cedric as our guides and lead the way on this adventure. This guided tour allowed us to step back from our usual planning before a trip. Instead we showed up with a pack ready to go. Being able to drive to five camp sites in six days gave us the opportunity to experience the entire mountain range. The hikes were breathtaking and pushed us. Expect 3-9 mile hikes daily mixed in with short stops at tourist locations along HWY 1. The guides were able to adjust the itinerary around light rain on one of our days and we were able to make up the missed hike on the way back. The pay as you go side trips were also great. We chose not to do the horse back riding trip and were treated to a private hike with our guides. We saw a ton of mammals, flowers, trees and Mosquitoes (not Jeff’s fault) and Jeff and Cedric were able to answer all our questions and go deep on the science of the fauna and the glaciers. We did do the white water rafting with Glacier White Water on the kicking horse river and we both loved that once in a life time experience. The food was also amazing and cooked with fresh ingredients that fit our entire groups dietary needs. Jeff was able to control the menu to play to his cooking strengths and the end result was delicious. Every midday hike included a mountain top or river side lunch with beautiful views and great selection. This was a great experience overall and would look into future trips with this company, especially with Jeff and Cedric. Recommendations for future travelers: Bring a day backpack you can hike with and a bag for the van. This will make sure you have what you need throughout the day. Keep wet weather gear, water bottles, a light layer, spare socks, a towel, sunscreen, and bug spray in the van. Bring a car charger and a spare battery pack. There is a 12v outlet in the back of the van we didn’t use because no one had an extra charger. The 9 mile hike was on the first morning. Be ready for this and your reward at the top is cheese fondu. scented items/ food can’t stay in tents so make sure you have toiletries in a separate bag you can keep in the van at night.
