“So full of flavor. I fried two eggs in the green sauce and pour over some potatoes and sausage with cotija cheese. Absolutely delicious. Cannot wait to try more dishes. I will be ordering more!!!”

“Opened the green as soon as it arrived. I ordered the mild as the medium was unavailable, but I was not disappointed. I have been on a diet since January and food can get a bit boring. Not any more just stir in a spoonful of hatch green and it is a wow. Looking forward to trying the included recipes.”
