“Perfect in a squeeze bottle to dress your food or just dump a jar in a slow cooker with chopped onions, tomatoes, cumin and chuck roast. Unfortunately getting my taste buds burned off in radiation treatments took away my enjoyment of heat so even the mild is almost too hot for me (eff cancer) but the flavor is great. It has real depth just little bit of tanginess with rich chile favor. Love it!”

“I've received your Red Chile Sauce as a gift from my mom who lives in Las Cruces. She first sent me 7 jars and they were gone in no time. The sauce is sweet yet spicy, I could drink it with a straw. She then sent me more jars during the 12 Days of Christmas Special which included a 16oz glass jar of local honey. I have only used the sauce to make Huevos Rancheros as I want the full taste and flavor. Your sauce will be used at our Christmas morning breakfast making what else but Huevos Rancheros. Love your products and love the colorful labeling and boxes.”
