“When I was in the restaurant business I learned a lot about barbecue sauce. I tested the top selling sauce before it had a brand name. What we looked for was a a sauce that touched multiple senses. A little SWEETNESS on one side of the tounge and TANG on the other followed by a gentle burn on the back of the throat. A great sauce bonds to the meat without dripping off onto the coals. The Fresh Chile Company's Hatch Chile BBQ Sauce ranks amongst the best of the very best. Sweet, Tangy, Spicy and it's Thick enough to stick. This is good stuff!!”

“So thick and full of flavor. I am making a homemade pizza with the BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce and top with my homemade Mac and cheese baking in my oven at 400 degrees until done.”
