“I moved from Colorado to the East Coast about five years ago giving up the ability to get fresh hatch chiles. That meant that giving up, Colorado green chile and everything that I used hatch chiles for. I then came across Fresh Chile Company as an add on Facebook. I know, I know, annoying tracking since I had been looking for a new recipe for chile rellenos. This I was grateful for. I jumped onto their website and ordered. I am so happy I did. I got my box and had to open a jar just for the smell of the chiles. I was in heaven. I then was able to use a jar to make "Colorado" green chile. I had finally had the hatch green chiles to make it with as I refuse to use anything else. Let's now just say that this will be ordered every month. It's wroth it!”
