“I ordered the jar package. 1 Red and 2 green. The communication about shipping and delivery was excellent. The package arrived very well packed and in only a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised by the the size of the jars. They were larger than I had envisioned. The first thing I tried was to make red enchiladas. I was not impressed with the flavor of the red chili sauce. The next day I used some of the green, that was fantastic. When this all gone, I will defiantly reorder more green.”

“This is makes THE BEST Hatch red chile dishes!! We've purchased other types of red sauce in the past where medium meant no heat at all, but this sauce is perfect - it provides both the sweet taste and substantial heat that we've come to love in Hatch chile. One reason we grew our own Hatch chiles was to 1) have Hatch chile in Arizona and 3) have that unique hot chile with the sweet taste that comes with letting the chiles ripen on the vine, picking and processing them immediately to get the sweet flavor. This is awesome!! You won't be disappointed!!”
