“The Hatch Green Chile Sauce is absolutely delicious!!!! Certainly my favorite by far and the fact it only has 6 total ingredients to include green chiles, lemon & lime juice, salt, garlic, and water make it that much better! You can eat it like salsa, put it on your eggs, throw some in your beans, spread it on a piece of toast, put it on a hamburger/hot dog.....ALL FOR THAT DEEP GREEN CHILE FLAVOR that is unique and unmistakable! Keep it simple and keep putting out that quality product Fresh Chile Company! I believe this particular item to be the cornerstone to the rest of your products! “This is the quintessential flavor of New Mexican cuisine I was hoping for. Next time, I will order the hot version. To me, it needed a bit more heat. Flavors were wonderful, however.”

“I have never liked any kind of peppers at all. Since I gave the Hatch Green Chile a try I can’t get enough of it. Their peppers are so fresh and delicious they have changed my taste preferences. I wish I had tried genuine Hatch Chile’s a long time ago. I can’t believe what I have been missing.”
