“I used the Red and Green Blend Chile for Chile verde. Following the The Fresh Chile Co. recipe for the verde, WOW! Who ever came up with this recipe should put it in a competition in a State Fair!!! Had it over rice, Deeee licious!! (Even if I say so my self)!! My next project, Chile Colorado. Excellent product guys, Thanks.”
