“Everything works at least as described, very high quality for the cup it's self. Everything is great but the nit picks i have are, the handle is a little light feeling for my taste and the chapstick fits a little loose. I bought it for my wife and she loves it and doesn't share my feelings about the handle. Quick easy fix for the chap stick is a little bit of tape around the chapstick tube to make it a tad thicker.”
