“Although it's a beautiful tumbler, I wish it were a whole lot more durable. I took my Thicc with me to my nail appointment. I had drank more than half of the tea, but when I knocked it over accidentally, iit fell. it hit the floor (about 3 feet) and was dented. Not just on the outside, but inside. I can cover the outside with a bumper, but it's dented INSIDE which leads me to believe that it's compromised now. On top of that, when I received it, the silicone insert was damaged, one entire triangle part was torn off. I'm waiting on a replacement. I'm just super disappointed.”
