“Item very yellow in person. Have returned. Customer service replies take days. Took me a week to get confirmation of collection. For the DPD to moan as I have 3 items to return as he was informed of 1 even though I did email to tell them.”

“I have been having problems with the lid flipping open whilst the kettle is boiling. I have sent two emails to customer service about this issue (first sent in March) to which I have had no reply. Not great customer service! Maybe they will get in touch with me now please?”

“Still waiting for a replacement… as kettle lid doesn’t open without prizing it open .. reported over a year ago .. has the company now been taken over ??”

“Not really impressed with my kettle the lid doesn't pop up when you press button & it's got a bit of paint coming off near the pourer. Was waiting to what kettle was like then was going to get toaster but have decided not now because of what's happened with my kettle.”
