“Kettle is large and whilst stylish it is not user friendly. The handle is bulky and difficult to hold with a full load. The measure feature only displays a minimum of 4 cups, so if you only want 2 cups like me, you have to guess. It’s meant to be a silent boil but it’s not ….in fact it’s much louder than my last one.”

“Come with a small dint phoned and spoken to customer service well what can I say the person I spoken to was shocking very rude spoken to me like something on the bottom of his shoe on this would not recommend this company at all PLUS I’m having to pay postal costs to send items back for a refund. Absolutely shocking aftercare shocking would not recommend this company at all”

“I haven't actually used this product yet BUT I drove myself mad looking for a kettle I loved (that didn't cost a small mortgage), then I saw this and it was exactly what I'd been looking for. When it arrived I was delighted as the picture really doesn't do it justice and even my husband (who couldn't care less what his water is boiled in) thinks it's fab. Also it's not too heavy, appears sturdy and well made - but most importantly it really is bloody gorgeous!”
