“First one arrived and had two dents in it. Contacted the company who asked for photographs and sent another out the same day - great service. Where it got a little lumpy was the return of the damaged one - you have to arrange and pay for that yourself then email them the receipt and they will reimburse. The postcode given initially was wrong then the company didn't come up with Hermes who they recommend and half an hour faffing about with it the week before Christmas was irritating when it had arrived damaged in the first place!! Of note, there was no damage to the package box and the cable looked as though it had been unravelled previously. Second one arrived and again looked as though someone had unpacked it previously as the cable again was messy. However, no dents, it looks great, boils quickly and is nice to pour. I was considering the toaster but I'm a little put off by the reaction for the return - shame as otherwise its great.”

“Not quite as quiet as I thought it would be & a bit heavy but good substantial kettle. I did have a problem with the lid, but due to excellent customer service kettle was replaced very quickly.”

“Love my new kettle. It is slightly heavier than my old kettle. It has a really good spout - no drips when you pour, a sturdy handle and I am impressed with the stainless steel inside. I also like the fact the lid pops up to fill the kettle. Really pleased I bought the cream kettle, it matches my kitchen.”
