Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. All of the portable gas heaters we stock must pass rigorous testing and are certified for indoor use. They are not unsafe in any way. I can see a member of our customer service team has been in contact with you and arranged for the appliance to be collected and returned for testing. It was tested by a gas-safe registered engineer, and no fault was found. The appliance is working to its specifications.

“This is a great Heater with a flame effect, very quick at heating up my room, just make sure it has a fresh air available, as the oxygen sensor will turn the fire out if there is no oxygen (not to the point where you will die, but enough oxygen for the fire to operate.”
