Thank you for your feedback Shaun, it is very important to us. This specific product is put together by the manufacturer; however, the product you are writing about in this review, UUDBSCSR/FC, is linked to order 1000468839, which was ordered and then cancelled. We can see that our Customer Service Team are currently dealing with a different issue that you raised.
