“Great space saving water heater. Installer needs to be aware of gas pipe sizing and flue installation. Better instructions would be helpful regarding flue assembling.”

“I have been fitting gas boilers, combis and standard ones for years. I found the flue connection of this water heater a bit of a poor design compared to a combi boiler. ( Without self tapping screws in the flue it felt like it would come apart. ) Also the brackets and its fitting instruction were not very helpful. No wall template either. Otherwise its a good looking heater and stylish too. Hopefuly will last a few years.”
