“I have had two Rinnai's in the USA and found them wonderful. So had NO hesitation in purchasing THREE here when back in London. I like it that I can put this boiler on an external wall. In my rental apartments I don't have to worry about gas leaks from boiler - so huge worry off my shoulders. I do still have to check if I need to get a Landlords certificate for this item. I am very content with this item, just don't forget when purchasing you HAVE to have a limescale remover on the incoming pipeline for our hard water.”
