Doesn't track my sleep through out the day (I work nights). Step counter goes through the roof without even walking about. Don't get phone notifications at all. Completely serves no purpose other than to tell the time. Would not recommend.

I am very sorry to hear you are having some difficulty using your smart watch correctly, Please make sure you have down loaded the app which goes with this watch called 'WearHealth" from your smart phone, you will not get phone notifications unless your item is connected via the app, you will be able to turn all these notifications on or off in the settings, this could be the reason you are not receiving all the many features this watch has to offer. I personally have this watch & find it absolutely spot on, my steps have always been very accurate to the 'Health' app on my iPhone. Battery lasts about 30 minutes. when I place them on the charging box they don’t charge, and sometimes only one will charge. The right earbud runs out of battery faster. Sound quality is bad. Impossible to make a phone call with those on.

Fitted over my phone well but the touch sensitivity was lost, only sometimes did the screen respond to my touch, which is obviously unworkable. I took it off and used the wet and dry wipes provided and refitted, but still unusable. Maybe because my screen has a small crack? I don't know but I wasted my money.

Had to give 1 star as there no zero. Complete junk. So bad I won’t even give them to my kids to play with. Do some research, spend and extra £10 as I did for something useable and quality. Bad sound, sound/visual delays when watching something, loose fit, no base, keeps cutting out. Absolutely junk. Thrown them away.

As you mention the loose fit, there is an element of one size can't fit all for this type of product but it's very rare we have any issues so it's unfortunate you seem to be a size this particular product doesn't cater for, The dimensions of this item are also listed within the product page.
