Sadly, despite following the enclosed instruction, it proved impossible to link both earpods via wireless simultaneously. So what you are left with is, in effect, two individual earpods but not a working pair.

I would not even bother purchasing these wireless earphones, they are not fit for purpose. Unless you bought them to stand still and listen to music then go ahead, but if you plan on doing any form of exercise then I would not buy these. They fell out every 5 steps and therefore ending up running without.

Headphones are poorly made, but you get what you pay for. Sound quality is fine, but the microphone doesn’t work so no one can hear you take calls using them! The casing of the left earphone falls off frequently as does the cover for the headphone jack - this after a few days of purchase!

When syncing the earphones to your phone they have a separate Bluetooth connection so one one works at a time

As this item is bluetooth you must pair your item correctly first before opening any bluetooth on your device, otherwise your item will pair individually (the reason you are seeing two separate connections) instead of one connection. The battery literally lasts 45 minutes. No more than that. When I am at the gym I never finish my entire routine with the earphones because the battery dies and then it takes me more than 1 hour to recharge them. However, when they have battery it works good.

Screen protector leaves Bubbles which do not go away... very upsetting
