“My hubby and I have moved a number from WalMart Family Mobile and one from TracFone and in two months will move our final one from Sprint. We would not be doing so if this was not one of the best 'low budget' cell phone service providers we have found (and trust me, we've been with practically ALL of them) The Customer service at GenMobile is beyond excellent, and the prices are just about right (IMO every plan should be a dollar or two LESS). :) The thing we'd like to really see, is an account page where we can manage all the lines we now have with GenMobile. For example, I created an account, but there is not much I can do on it, such as get balance, pay, etc. I'd like to do that online, and preferably under one account for all our lines. Other than that, 10 stars!”

“Didn't work with Samsung s8 plus. The phone was unlocked device, but they could not make it work. Great customer service though.”
