“Awnings seem to be fine. Customer service sucks! I sent an email twice about replacement fabric for a retractable awning, I never received a response. Could have at least let me know yes or no. I have 4 more windows that I was going to put awnings on if I liked the way these looked. I will be buying these 4 from a different awning company.”

“Owned a pair for 4 yrs. EXCELLENT product. Easy installation. Live in NE and winters can be challenging. Removed awnings first winter. Since then have allowed them to remain up throughout the year. They look and perform as well as the day purchased. Thank you General Awning for a superb product!”
