“They are high quality and simple to install. They add a great look to my place and, now that two big storms have passed, appear to be sturdy. The grommet came out of the elastic band used to secure the last attachment. This seems to be a design error, as the elastic can’t last as long as the cloth. Time will tell. Good product, delivered quickly.”

“very satisfied. material and construction seem to be top rate. shipped quickly, perfect fit, easy to assemble, good instructions. 5 stars except for 2 issues: 1. installation: awkward to get on ladder and lift awning perpendicular to house to lock in track. 36 inch awning does not fit thru 36 inch double hung window. on second floor had to lift awning from ground with a rope, grab it and hang out window to lock it into track. 2. does not retract or fold to protect from high winds. need to remove and reinstall if damaging winds are a potential (by Jersey shore that can happen 3-4 times a season).”
