“I want to let you know how totally satisfied I have been with dealing with General Awnings. I found the internal sales person I dealt with very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the delivery and the packaging of the awnings. The instructions were helpful and after the first couple of awnings we assembled the process got easier and quicker. My one concern that I had is that we would get to the last awning and be short something. It did not happen and I am so thankful for that. I would highly recommend General Awnings to anyone looking to purchase awnings.”

“I was very happy with this awning but it requires you be quite skilled at assembly and mechanically inclined. There were tons of screws and nuts and bolts and the instructions were a little confusing. I put a couple of pieces on wrong which resulted in a reverse bend. Luckily nothing was damaged but it wasn't as smooth as it should have been. Lots of drilling too. Very labor intense. But in the end it was exactly what I wanted and I am happy with it.”
