“Recieved phone with usb cable but sent android cable not iPhone, but I will customer was very good. The only problem was my battery on the iPhone was not even lasting a day even though I bought phone good as new. Again when in contact with customer service they were very good. Now waiting on descsion for refund. And then look again at your merchandise.”

“Ordered a iPhone 8 everything is great but when I put the phone on silent the camera noise still turns on but I’m really happy with the phone over all and delivery was really quick well done”

“Great service but unfortunately my new refurbished iPhone 7 the screen kept freezing on me, not allowing me to use the phone. Returned the phone to GetTech and hoping for an iPhone that works properly. Otherwise I have heard good things about GetTech.”

“Received iPhone as ordered. Had problem with uploading iOS 14 when my phone froze. Was unable to fix myself and sent back (freepost) to GetTech. Had a replacement phone in a few days. This was brilliant customer service - dealt with the issue without any fuss. Would highly recommend and will use GetTech in the future.”

“I thought the price of my device including a screen protector and clear case was brilliant! I was also really pleased with the quick delivery. I also had to send my device back so I look forward to having it returned to me repaired properly.”
