“I bought the PHILIPS AquaTouch Electric Shaver 1000 only 4 weeks ago. It cuts smoothly on first use after I had charged for the full 8-hour charge giving a runtime of 40 minutes ( Shown on their outer box information ).
I came aware that I could not use it each day before the shaver slowed down and required recharge.
I have requested the shaver be checked out for faults in the Charging and Battery parts becoming slower than the 40 minutes advertised. It is impractical to recharge for a full 8 hrs before each shave!
I request at least a check for rectification with replacement of any parts as it was bought new, or please refund under warranty or replace.”
“Have come back to this old school, style of philishave. Takes so long to shave as we age, but this was OK for me at the your price. Works as expected.”
