“It's funny that you're asking me to write a review for a hat that never arrived. I ordered it. I received a confirmation email, then a shipping notification. When the hat hadn't arrived after a week or so, I got an email from a Gigi Pip employee telling me about an "inventory glitch". It was a Mother's Day gift that didn't show up, so I was bummed. I've had two customer interactions with Gigi Pip and neither went particularly well. Too bad. Cool stuff, but if communication and logistics aren't working for an online store, business will go elsewhere.”
