I round the neckline aged me a little and would have probably preferred it in the silver or gold.

“I originally hired this dress as a try-on 3 weeks before my black tie charity function. As it has a low back I wanted to see if I could get away with using a low back bra converter and my usual bra. Even without a converter my back bra strap was only just visible at try-on. I went ahead and hired for my function. The dress I received for the function was either a duplicate of the same size or had somehow stretched a lot around the back since I had tried it on. The same bra I wore when trying on was visible even with the low back bra extender and also the shoulder straps showed along the side of the low back. I had to ask a friend once I was at the function to put some hollywood tape around the back to hide my straps (my husband was not able to assist me in that). The lining around the front neck line showed also (looked like it hadn't been pressed properly and the lining had rolled up somewhat over the neck seam) which I had not noticed in the try on dress. These reasons are why I've given only 3 stars. Apart from those little hiccups the dress was stunning and the colour perfect for my skin tone. I'm glad I didn't end up hiring my usual black. It was a smidge long on me with 10cm+ heels but it was easy to hold up off the ground when walking.”
