“I am approaching 62 and ordered elements many years earlier. I had forgotten about it and decided to re start elements and I am glad I did. It has made a tremendous change in a short period of time without taxing the body. I highly recommend this program”
“I decided to try Elements as a substitution for a Physical Therapy & weight training plan that didn't seem to maximize the time investment nor address my entire body effectively - Body functionality was my main goal. I'm extremely pleased with the decision to this point (20 sessions). My overall flexibility & mobility has improved and reveals itself within my daily activities as my body now does what it's asked.
The program options & adjustments encompass everyone - Each session offers a 15, 30 or 45 minute option and each exercise offers adjustment tips for completion no matter the practicioners current physical level.
It's easy (following the program) while also being exertive and effective. It's been a daily must for me.”
“Elements will work your entire body! I’m a long time cyclist and require a work out that focuses on the entire of the body. What I really appreciate about the program is that each time I work my way through it, I get incrementally better at the movements. The movements are challenging, so when Ryan emphasizes quality over quantity, he means it. It’s great that you can do this workout anywhere, heck sometimes I just wear whatever clothes I have on and there’s no equipment needed.”
“I've been consistently exercising for 20 years (I'm in my early 40s). Despite being in great shape, I would wake up with aches and pains. That's when I decided to try GMB. I had concerns at first: it wasn't challenging enough; it wouldn't build strength; it wouldn't be enough cardio work; etc. I've now been using GMB (Elements and Integral Strength) for 2.5 months, and I am extremely happy I made the decision to go wtih a non-traditional exercise program. My shoulders, elbows, hips and knees feel way better, my range of motion has improved, as has my balance and control of my body. To my surprise, I've also developed more definition in my shoulders and quads, despite not moving any weight in the traditional sense. And while I started with the 45-minute Elements sessions (I am on the general track), I now find doing 30-minutes is enough. I do sprinkle in biking or running for cardio work, but I am overall extremely happy with GMB and the Elements program because I feel like I am in control of my body, pushing it in ways I never have before, yet always feeling physical good (or even great!) when I wake up in the morning.”
“I've 'training' serioulsy for the past 4 years and this program has been the only thing that really improve my movility and body control. It's approach is very kind (oppossite to the military-type training) and fun to follow.
It has allowed me to even to quick movement 'snack' over the day and the overall feeling is amazing. I'm so exited that even when I don't have time, I can play with some movement pattern and it feels like a more comprenhsive workout.
Guys at GMB always mention that this isn't a training routing and I'm totally agree, it feels like a enjoying-life routine.”
“I've been very happy with the Elements program so far. I like the exercises and I feel like it's a good blend of effort and play. And I definitely feel like I'm feeling better and seeing improvements in my mobility and strength.”
“I've had Elements for years now, and because I'm very bad at sticking to training I keep dropping out and returning to the start some months or even years later. The course has evolved and improved over that time, to the point that I feel the latest version leads you through at just the right pace to keep it up, with a lot more scope for gentleness when needed. Keep up the good work GMB!”
“Really love this program, which doesn't seem like much in the beginning, but with repetitions will give great benefits.
I did the accelerated track, mostly in the 15-minute sessions, either as a warm-up for my strength program or on off days, and it's working wonders in improving my core and shoulder stability and preventing some limiting pains, particularly in the wrists.
Can’t wait to try the other programs.”
