I've been doing the Elements program for 5 months now, and I also joined the Alpha Posse community for encouragement and coaching. I tried Elements quite a few years ago, and it didn't click with me then, but since I've come to understand mindful movement better, I'm really enjoying it. I'm 68 years old and used to be pretty strong, but I fell away from my exercise routine for long enough to lose a scary amount of strength. Now, I'm doing a 15-minute session about every 3 days and feeling progress at every session. I love how my body feels energized after a session. My knee, shoulder, and SI issues that have nagged me for years are diminishing, too, and I can carry things easily that I'd been struggling with. Thank you, GMB!

Elements has been better than advertised for me. As a younger person(early 50’s),who has been feeling less young than he should, it’s the absolute right fit for the core of what I need to do to age gracefully. It’s simple and the magic is in the consistency of doing it. What works for me is the guided warm ups and overall programming. If it were up to me, I would not warm up and I would just go into a workout that does not fit me anymore. Eventually get an injury….rinse and repeat. The programming is all right there for you. I show up, follow it and then do it again. I walk away feeling like I truly did have a work out (you can make them as challenging as you want) and you feel good for the day! I don’t care what age you are, these are foundational moves everybody would benefit from.

I'm really happy with elements, I have a hard time seeing through workout plans. C25k, kept getting hurt and wasn't really addressing core, upper body strenght etc. Reddit BWF, would often get bored and lose track of progress. Jump rope dudes, I dunno, just didn't really get into it. Elements is how I like to move, slow and deliberate.

I'm getting close to 50 and I've not been very active for last 6 months, after damaging my shoulder with kettlebell exercises. Managed to quit smoking, but gained extra weight. I owned Integral Strength for some time already, but never really felt ready for that. So I got Elements to get myself prepared for the future challenge. And boy, I was right! I'm enjoying every session of the Elements as I feel more in control of my body. Sessions are packed with interesting movements, which are challenging in the beginning but you starting to feel in control after a while. I'm getting close to the middle of Elements, so I started to add first bodyweight IS sessions to the mix. Happy with the purchase, looking forward to revisiting Elements again after finishing it.

I did the Mobility program for quite a while, before I started with the Elements program. Maybe should have done that the other way around. With Elements you learn the basics better. I have only been doing Elements for about two weeks, so I can't make a good judgement yet, but although progress is very slow, the fact that there is a little progress every day, keeps me going.

I've been searching for a program to overall cover my fitness needs, without me having to think too much about it. Comming out of a long period of back injury, from working in construction and a shoulder injury, which I got by trying to get back into the gym and stacking too much weight too fast on the bar. I wanted to reduce pain, restore function and develop my fitness beyond that, because the injuries have kept me away from physical activity for more than 7 years. I took the claims with a grain of salt, because I've tried other bodyweight training before, from a popular book and I got some improvement, but my progress was stalling for about a year. However, Elements exceeded all my expectations, it really takes all the thought out of it. I went through one cycle of the General track and another one on the Advanced track. I started gaining more confidence and moving without thinking that I might hurt myself. I couldn't believe that I could just think where I wanted my body to go and then I just went for it, without much fuss. The last time I could do that, was in my teens. I got some muscle development as well, which supprised me, cause I didn't care about it, at that point. But by far the freedom from pain and ability to move with ease is what Elements is made for. I could tell that the program was very well thought out, compared to anything else I came across and the movements are very fun too. I find myself doing them sometimes, even outside of the program :) I now moved on to Integral Streangth, cause I want to continue pushing myself. But now I can push myself consistently and Elements made it possible.
