I started training with Elements in 2017. Since then I have done about five rounds of the program. With and without structure. The program really helps me to incorporate small movement snacks into my everyday life: a little something is always possible. I've come quite far with exercises like Siderman Double Leg Extension or High Frogger/Monkey. But there's always something new to discover, lots to learn. I'm more mobile and stronger thanks to Elements, which is a big gain for me.

I’m 77, with stiff hips, and don’t practise consistently, BUT an Elements session gives a sense of what my body can do and might still learn to do (and bear-walking across a room with a toddler bear-walking beneath you is a heartwarming experience). Thank you.

Title says it all. I purchased Elements because I was tired of being stiff, sore, and immobile from lifting weights. I ran Elements on its own with no other training for a month or two, giving myself a break from heavy lifting. It starts out fairly easy, but after a couple of weeks, it gets HARD. Do not underestimate these workouts. I've gone through the whole program twice now (with breaks) and I still can't do the harder exercise variations. This is not a "30 days to abs" program, this is something you can run literally for the rest of your life. Now I'm back to lifting and normal workouts, but I do Elements sessions on rest days or if I'm just feeling tired. It's amazing how *energizing* they can be. Instead of feeling beat down after doing them (like after a heavy lifting session) I feel amazingly mobile and fresh. Just a couple of suggestions that could make it a perfect program: 1) You can select from 15, 30, and 45-minute sessions each time, but all that changes is how long you practice each main movement during that workout. I've only done the 45-minute sessions a few times because, well, it just gets boring doing the same movement for 7+ minutes. It would be nice if the durations for the movements in the 45-min sessions were the same as the 30-min, but an extra movement or two was added at the end to give it the extra 15 mins. 2) Towards the end of the program, you start having "free sessions" where you begin to combine multiple movement variations into "flows" instead of just doing one or two movements. This is great, but I had a hard time remembering all of the different variations that I'd done throughout the program. It would be nice for those free sessions if they made a list of all the variations we'd practiced so far, so we can easily reference and say "oh hey I forgot about the Long Leg Monkey, let me add that into my flow". ***************** Overall, a really great program and absolutely worth the $100. I can see myself continuing to do sessions for many years to come.

This is not going to be short, If you don't believe you can be comfortable and confident in your body, Elements will prove you wrong. I had almost given up on ever feeling good about my vessel. It has always hurt, it could never do what I thought it should be capable of doing, what I saw other bodies doing. "It's just how I am." And that is what I believed before I found Elements. The movements are so simple but difficult it's crazy. Ryan's instructions are easy to follow and the models do a great job of demoing the movements. It's all very simple. No chaff. You've done most of these move throughout your everyday life, and like me, probably have struggled with most of them. I'm so good at geting off the ground now it's scarey. I have completed 395 sessions, totaling 258 hours and 30 minutes . I f******* love it. I've spent most of my time with Elements and some of that time with Floor Loco, another awesome program that I started mixing into my routine after completing Elements for the 2nd time. I paid for Elements and Floor Loco 2 years before I even tried them out. I am turning 40 next year, and I FEEL F****** AMAZING! GMB's programs have completely shifted my perspective on what I am capable of doing as a human. I like doing extreme sports and I've damaged my body. There's hardware holding stuff together. I DO NOT STRUGGLE with any of my injuries because of the time I've given to Elements. I've started to push it harder beacuse my strength and balance have improved so much. Elements changed my life. I am forever grateful to GMB Fitness for putting this out to the world. I tell everyone about it. Bear, Monkey, Frogger, Crab. Repeat.

If you feel like you are stuck in different variations of the rame range of motion, elements is a cool way to break out and move a little differently. It's fun, it's challenging, it's...different

I have probably way too many GMB programs, having started with Paralettes back in the day and then picking up a fair number of the courses that have come out since. Elements/Elements+ is the dependable program I keep coming back to. I'm on my fourth run through it (on the accellerated path) and still loving it. I also do calisthenics and a bit of running, but Elements hits the sweet spot in providing strength and cardio benefits with a healthy dollop of mobility (I hit 50 last year, so I'm very keen to stay mobile, thx). I also love grubbing about on the floor doing floor locomotion stuff, so that admittedly helps. If you only ever buy one course from GMB, make it this one. Like GMB, it's got your back. And your core. And your shoulders. Oh, and your hips. And... you get the idea. Future you will thank you for it.

The mobility and joy in movement doing Elements can lead to is amazing. At least I hope so because although is appears to be basic, it’s not for the untrained. There is a very steep increase in complexity of movement. And it is not easy to slow the progression down or repeat. Now trying the Gradual version, maybe that is more Elemental ? Love the movements, great instructions but still struggling with coping with the program.

Yes, we definitely recommend the gradual track if you're new to exercise. That's what it's there for :) Also remember you can just tap the help button in there to message us any time you're having trouble or need more advice.
