I became hoocked after seeing some videos from GMB on social media, not just because the strange movement patterns but because the philosophy of the whole training. It was the first time I’ve seen someone told me that the repetitions or the end result didn’t matter, as well as doing the things only until they looked beautiful (until the technique is still correct). I hoped to improve the mobility but my shoulder pain also went away, my body feels well oiled and, although it seems like I am not doing too much, I can see the improvement clearly with time.

Elements is a great program. It teaches you simple, then advanced movements, in detail and progressively. You train at your own pace, while having fun. And one day you realize that you're moving better and better. Highly recommended!

Elements is a unique training programme with loads of different movements. I go every morning and train at the park alternating between Elements and Integral strength . My strength and movement have massively improved - it has completely changed my mind , my approach to training and my body . Can’t recommend it enough !

I've been working with Elements for a few years now on and off and couldn't ask for a better program to suit my needs. I have struggled with back and hip pain for years and slowly working thru Elements after completing the Mobility program 2x. I feel much stronger than I ever have and I actually enjoy the time spent working out.

I really enjoy these workouts. They are all different, though they include variations of the same moves. This gives you plenty of chances to practice and improve, with varying degrees of difficulty. I never get bored! I have also seen huge improvement in my mobility and strength, two key things for me as I get older.

I was doing little exercise beyond walking prior to starting Elements and the gradual approach has been really helpful in building strength and mobility without injury. I like being able to do a short session and the very clear instructions with adaptions. It’s really fun, too.

I am a dentist and I had shoulder discomfort with movement limitations. I was aware that what I needed was a program that would make it easier for me to regain mobility. Not pills. After a lot of searching, I found Elements. They gave a lot of free information. I tried it and it seemed sensible and careful.I bought the program and I am on the third round, meanwhile my discomfort disappeared and my agility and strength have improved substantially. Without asking for it, they have included the improvements made in the program for free in the last year and a half that I have been using it. I can only recommend it, try it and enjoy. You just have to be persistent.

I started the program during the lock-down in 2021 and it helped so much with my everyday movements. I feel much more confident in my functional abilities, i erased my back and shoulder pains and am really thrilled to achieve my daily routine each morning, even if it is only for 15 minutes. It really helps starting the engine and feel ready to face the day. Thanks GMB team!
