I have been returning to elements for many times now, I enjoy the playfullness of the program. Also it is a basis to activate your bòdy and to put it in action after a break in exercising due to injury, family or work related stuff. In short great, fun and beneficial program.

Due to the effects of carrying kids and having a desk job, I have struggled for a few years with numbness that affects my upper back. Keeping to a regular schedule of Elements OS the only thing that relieves that numbness and prevents it from coming back.

Elements is a great way to get started on your "animal" journey. I call it Animal Planet, but seriously, you will get better at the four basic movements and that will translate into improved mobility, strength, and fitness. I have found that it has bled into all my other fitness activities and find myself doing some things that I could not do before.

I am on my third or fourth run through of Elements, but this one is special because it is my first since having a heart transplant. My muscles were atrophied after years of heart failure that culminated in 6-weeks in the hospital followed by 8-weeks of lifting restrictions to protect my healing chest. When I was allowed to use my arms again, I turned to Elements to begin my muscular reconditioning. In the initial assessment, I barely had enough strength and mobility to get into the A-frame position. Now, after 3-months of Elements, I can bear crawl with good form for over a minute. More importantly, my body feels ready for everyday life like carying groceries, working in the garden, and wrestling with my 5-year old. I love that Elements feels more like play than exercise and that a session makes my body feel less restricted.

Getting my strength up with Elements has given me playful confidence. My gardening, boating, life chores, traveling, and playing in the yard with kids has a whole new sense of joy now that I am stronger. And I might even do a handstand or a cartwheel sometime in the future as I continue to work through my GMB practice . My new found strength lets me move and play like I did in my teens! Thanks GMD ❤️

I have been exercising for over 45 years doing the traditional strength training of bodybuilding and powerlifting. As I have gotten older the need to keep my body as functional as possible has become priority number one. This is the reason I purchased Elements and I am glad I did. I followed GMB from a distance for a number of years but never purchased a program. I was always impressed by the level of knowledge and the amount of information they would provide for free. I purchased Elements for the very reason that GMB exists: to learn about and enhance my body’s capacity to move in any and all ways that I want and need it to. The movements are entirely new to me and have been challenging but I feel my sense of self and my physical capacity both improving. I have bad knees and a wonky back and I can honestly say both have shown huge improvement just short of being half way thru. Very excited to see all the variations of the exercises yet to come and even more excited to see the additional changes my body will make. I would highly recommend this program for everyone. There are a number of levels to choose from and you also can pick the time frame as well as how intense you want each individual session to be. The videos are spot on and always provide you with variations of each exercise. Nobody can go wrong improving their body’s ability to be functionally active!!

This is a great program that builds great overall fitness through strength, coordination, and balance. The movements are interesting and challenging and give you the opportunity to really see yourself improve. The videos are instructive, informative, and not full of hype-junk. There's a lot of flexibility to the program, allowing you to spend 15, 30, or 45 minutes on a session, and even to take the entire program at a modified or accelerated pace. I've completed elements like 3 or 4 times, and am doing it again with my girlfriend who has also really come to enjoy it. Yes it will make you look better, but much more importantly it will make you feel better and more in touch with your body. And when you're done you'll have enough command of the moves and transitions to just play around and get a workout.

It's both challenging and enjoyable. By following the program and staying committed to 30 minutes 3 times a week, you will be able to achieve an impressive level of motor and strength skills, which I personally find remarkable. It may feel easy initially but wait until the "stall".
