I'm currently through my second run of Elements and going through the sessions again let me see how I've progressed since the first time. Meanwhile I've seen improvements in aches I'd only worked around the previous years in my right hip and low back. The program is very well built and comprehensive. Even a fifteen minutes session gives me a sense of quality of movement and most of all, it's fun !

I primarily hike, walk and jog, so I found this to be a great program for practicing controlled movement and providing some much needed work for the small stabilizer muscles that my normal exericse just wasn't hitting. All in all, I think it's a great starting point even for people who want to go further into other GMB programs.

I probably purchased Elements 5 or so years ago and had it neatly hidden in my "silver bullet library", together with other great programs i thought i could use "some day". Well, after years of hopping between kettlebell programs and getting (re)injured and further unfit, i thought i give it a go. I mean, surely a "bear", "frogger" and a "monkey" would be easy to do. In reality, i needed this program a lot more than i thought. While the above mentioned animal movements are part of the program, most of my movement resembles an uncoordinated and very unfit gorilla. I am yet to hit any subtlety with the movements as I am re-training my brain to think "practice" instead of "reps". But that is OK, as Ryan keeps repeating, because we are all at different levels. I am enjoying the program and finally can connect the dots when it comes to "why" are there certain movements in the warm up or push section of the program. The best thing is the level of detail that goes into explaining the subtle points of each movement and each practice session and how they tie in together. I am a 1/3 of the way in and already thinking how much better am i going to move by the end of the program. And then i will probably have another crack at the program, so i can reach the level of finesse I currently don't have.

Fun movements. I improved my body awareness, strength, mobility, and fixed my shoulder issues. Bridged the gap for me to confidently start handstand training again doing moves like the high frogger.

I love this program. The moves are explained thoroughly and those that they show more accessible versions if that particular move is too difficult. Just a few times a week makes all the difference in the world. I feel better and more confident. As I go throught the program I noticed the improvements. Things I couldn't do before, I could do without realizing it. Because of this program I am able to do handle my martial arts classes better. I finished the program, but now I'm doing the accelerated version before work every morning.

I sit a lot at work all day. Although I know that no amount of exercise will "undo" the damage of sitting, I have been using "elements" sporadically during breaks within my work day and/or doing the 15 minute program after my evening strength training workouts. It's made a significant improvement in my lower back pain and my ability to sleep well at night. I have only been using the program for about 15 minutes on most days for about 3 weeks. I look forward to continued improvement. The videos are short and offer great explanation and visuals for each expected movement. Once you get the hang on a particular movement, you can skip the instructional video and go straight to the timed movement. The daily email reminders are a great motivator. All in all the series offers an exceptional value in my humble opinion.

Love this program. I love the way I feel after doing it. I can tell my strength and mobility are improving. And it’s fun to move my body in these ways.

I use Elements to keep me mobile. I do it for 15 minutes every weekday as a start before I move on to lifting or yoga. It is never boring and keeps me limber, plus works on strength building too!
