GMB Team, I would like to express my gratitude to the GMB Team. They are professional and pay exceptional attention to each query I send to them. They provided prompt replies and lots of care. The programme is well structured, with care, fun, beyond all great knowledge and attention in connection and care in ourself with a nice fun in it. Thank you a lot Highly recommended

I have probably way too many GMB programs, having started with Paralettes back in the day and then picking up a fair number of the courses that have come out since. Elements/Elements+ is the dependable program I keep coming back to. I'm on my fourth run through it (on the accellerated path) and still loving it. I also do calisthenics and a bit of running, but Elements hits the sweet spot in providing strength and cardio benefits with a healthy dollop of mobility (I hit 50 last year, so I'm very keen to stay mobile, thx). I also love grubbing about on the floor doing floor locomotion stuff, so that admittedly helps. If you only ever buy one course from GMB, make it this one. Like GMB, it's got your back. And your core. And your shoulders. Oh, and your hips. And... you get the idea. Future you will thank you for it.

The mobility and joy in movement doing Elements can lead to is amazing. At least I hope so because although is appears to be basic, it’s not for the untrained. There is a very steep increase in complexity of movement. And it is not easy to slow the progression down or repeat. Now trying the Gradual version, maybe that is more Elemental ? Love the movements, great instructions but still struggling with coping with the program.

Yes, we definitely recommend the gradual track if you're new to exercise. That's what it's there for :) Also remember you can just tap the help button in there to message us any time you're having trouble or need more advice.

I'm almost 40 and had my kid's almost 2. I love elements because I've been able to fit in a workout during the weird schedule that having a child makes of your life. He also gets a kick out of seeing me perform the exercises, and it has allowed me the flexibility and strength to have lots of fun play sessions! Highly recommended.

I am currently going through Elements for the 6th or 7th time, and I am always amazed. In some ways, I have made incredible progres in my strength, mobility, and control. AND, it continues to be challenging and fun. Every time I go through Elements, or any other GMB program, I learn something new; about myself, about my capacity, about learning and about life itself.

I am so glad I tried Elements. I am a skeptic at heart, and I wasn't sure if it would work or do enough for me as I really enjoy Calisthenics (Push / Pull routines with rings and a pull up bar etc..) but I knoew I needed...something. What I wasn't prepared for was the difference it made for my body in general. I can move better and feel "foundationally" stronger. Just a solid program.

I was a keen yoga practitinoer, and still am, but reached mid 40's and needed something extra. My work involves a lot of awkward and heavy lifting (camera operating), and this was recommended to me by a director friend. I now practice it alongside my yoga and some weights and my body has never been in better shape. More flexible and comfortable in all movements, stronger in my core, and more comfrotable all round. Cannot recommend enough.

I'm on my second run through Elements, now on the 'accelerated' version. Every time I do a session I feel better. Be patient and take it slow. There is a lot of ground work and wrists need to time strengthen. So glad I found GMB.
