“I've been using GMB programmes ever since buying the GMB paralettes programme a long time ago. After quite the bit of hesitation I soon thereafter bought elements (main hesitation back then: was it not too simple or would it be challinging enough) and that programme has made such a massive impact in how I move and think about excercise. Elements is like a re-introduction to your body. It doesn't seem intuitive that taking an investigative approach to movement ability and quality would help progress fitness goals, but I assure you it does. The carry-over into life and other fitness activities is 100%. As well, each session is inspiring in its self-controlled effortfulness combined with skill development. I always look forward to my session, and I always feel fulfilled afterwards. It's the cake and the icing for me :)
I have a background in physical therapy (PTA), an LMP license, yoga teacher training, and a fellowship in Functional Science (applied kinesiology). All that is to say movement is not foreign to me, and still I am learning so much with each program I've purchased from GMB (I own 10 of their programs currently). I'm a lifer and very proud of it!!
