Elements improved my mobility and also gave me more self-consciousness: I feel I know my body better and, even if I can't do all the advanced exercises, the programme taught me that the most important thing is being consistent and concentrating on the movements. “Elements is truly the surprise program. I did not think when starting, some of these moves and the simple approach would really amount to much. I kept thinking am I really going to get stronger doing this program - did i spend my time and money wisely? Hell yeah I did! I have learned over time - and the numerous rounds of elements I have tried to complete, that you do not even realize what you are accomplishing in the moment. It is this slow even progression and development - you find yourself performing a flow or some physical daily activity - then you notice and think - that's pretty cool. I keep going back to elements - I will do other GMB programs, but always try to include some elements during the week - it's fun and if you are patient, your body learns to move in a fluid controlled manner. The other thing I enjoy is the ability to modify as you are going. The tutorials help you see low to higher-level possibilities that you can play with throughout. Making you more independent and in control of the workout and ultimately your development. I cannot begin to say all of the good things about elements - nor can I recommend it enough - it is a must for anyone that wants to move better and get stronger! - period”
“Fitness programs got me nowhere except a lot of painfull muscles and joints. Elements changed that. With 1 session a week I got steady improvement without unending sore muscles. With the increased strength the pain in my joints has also decreased. My shoulders are pain free now, my lower back is much improved. Even my knees are a bit better thought there is still some way to go before I can start running distances again.
I like the pretty simple movements and how you can regulate the difficulty by changing speed or amplitude of the movements.
The explanation videos are pretty clear, I had no problem understanding how to execute each movement.”
