This is the best exercise program i have ever done period. I went from being frustrated at my body for not being able to lift weights like i did when i was 20 to really enjoying being in my body and being strong in positions i never thought possible. Because of elements i took up dance and haven’t looked back. Everyone can learn something from this. Just do the program, worth every penny.

Hi! I just finished Elements last week! I am 54, which is not that old, but not that young either. I was looking for a program that would help me to get stronger, more flexible, and that I would stick with. Programs I have done in the past seemed to focus on one, either strength or flexibility, and sacrifice the other. I learned new movements, different than I had ever done with any other program. Most of them I could not do at the beginning and some I still cannot do. However, I made progress in every one of them and the first time I was able to do the frogger, it was so exciting and I was walking on a cloud all day! I learned that as long as I kept listening to my body, paying attention to my form, and trying, that I would progress in my skills, get stronger, and more flexible. Elements is fun in a way that no other program is. The gang - Ryan, Arlo, and Andy - are so knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. I will definitely do Elements again and would recommend it to just about anyone.

I originally picked Elements because I wanted to improve my overall strength and mobility. I made some gains the first time through the program but not enough for my liking so I ran through it again. I then still felt I hadn't made enough progress with flexibility so I bought Mobility and ran through that twice too. Whilst my flexibility still isn't as great as I'd like, I got pretty strong and was able to progress to some challenging calisthenics like L-Sit and various hand-balancing techniques. I'm now working on the planche and also working my way through GMB Floor Loco. As the first GMB program I tried, Elements gave me the basic protocols I needed to prepare my body for the session and the progressions I needed to stay motivated and injury-free. I would strongly recommend Elements and any of the GMB programs.

I am approaching to the end of my first round w Elements. I have 4 sessions to go including final Chil. The results are unbelievable. First of the quality of life changed so much that I have decided movement and GMB to be my main program moving forward. Elements changed my character :), at age 49 I have started to move like I am in my early 20’s so I am much active during the day. Daily chores are a breeze. Second unexpected outcome is cure of my injuries one of them was an injury in my right achilles tendon that did not go away for 9 months and was very painful, the other one was my index finger on my right hand. Daily elements literally erased them both. My stamina went up. I was a very stiff person all my lofe, my squat was barely parallel when I stared Elements now I can rest in my squat. In my last session, monkey 180, leg sweep and around the world combo I was scared from my self :) I go so high and in a very agile way with full confidence, I am surprised. I was not able to do Monkey walk at all. I have been doing BW exercises mostly for two years. ( Before that I was sedentary) Elements improves strength that is practical like no other program does. I can talk or write all day about Elements.

I'm feeling stronger and my movement is better, it is as simple as that. Oh, and watching their videos, I genuinely have no desire to gently slap the presenters, a step forward when it comes to most fitness videos where their earnest protestations to do stuff brings bile into my throat. Ryan and Jarlo are chilled and curious.

I love Elements. It's different from any other workout scheme I've done before. It felt strange at the beginning (is this really "hard" enough to improve e.g. my strength? Don't these animal movements look ridiculous?) but the results were coming fast. Two examples: 1) I very much improved on my handstand progression (maybe because of increased shoulder range of motion). 2) When bouldering and jumping from the wall I suddenly (and not willingly) began to use my full range of motion going down in a really deep squat when landing on the floor which is obviously much better for my back. So I love it and recommend it to everyone.
