Excellent mobility and movement program! I’ve had various chronic back aches and pains after some surgery about ten years ago and GMB has really helped to both increase my mobility and reduce pain and inflammation. The Elements series is great for general mobility, Resistance is good for improving the durability of my wrists, shoulders and hips and the Recovery series is good, easy movements for when pain and crankiness are high but I know that some movement will help. Great stuff - give it a go!

I've made great improvements since the beginning... who would've thought I'd be doing--and enjoying--a three-point bridge?! I'm feeling stronger and more capable. I get challenged just enough, and can do things at whatever level I need to. I'm getting better and better... watch out world!

I don't know where to begin. I was always the worst kid in PE lessons at school - as a child I never successfully did a forwards roll, handstand or cartwheel and could never catch a ball to save my life even though I loved watching sport and always dreamed of being able to participate. Starting traditional jitsu as an adult wanting to learn self defence was a real battle. I spent lockdown working on fitness and stamina and came back to jitsu much fitter and able to train much harder but hit a wall on my pressure stuff. I was on the verge of quitting when I was told that while I could do all the techniques fine I couldn't transition between techniques or apply them well enough under pressure to go in for the next grading that I had been working so hard for. In frustration I finally bought elements. Fast forward six months and five weeks off training injured. Second session back was a competition doing techniques under pressure. Feedback was super positive about everything I was told to work on before - I outperformed people over a decade younger than me and I was able to just let my body move and apply all my techniques naturally - all the limiting factors that were holding me back my whole life have just melted away. Thank you for finally unlocking my inner athlete at 34 and making my childhood dreams of moving with freedom come true.

Perfect for those who don’t want to spent time in a gym, you can do it in your living room and don’t need any equipment. I’ve tried elements and integral strength, and I never imagined body weight exercises could be this tough and rewarding. I wish I discovered GMB 15 years ago!

It's been cool finding new ways to move my body and increase mobility and range. I really enjoy the GMB app, which allows me to review or skip the instructional portions as needed to really get proper alignment. Note that if you have very limited space to work in, you might have to get a little creative with some of the prompts, but it's still doable.

I admit, I signed up for Elements to learn the cool moves. I haven't mastered them yet, but I'm finding just regular Elements practice is helping my overall mobility. Even on days when I don't complete a full session, a few minutes of Bear walk or 3-point bridge give me a great stretch. (I really, really love the 3-point bridge for stretching my shoulders and back) Everyday activity (bending down, reaching, etc.) becomes easier after practicing Elements. I have some physical limitations, but I'm hopeful that with consistent practice, I'll be doing a version of those cool moves soon!

I am a passionate yogi but I kept injuring my lower back doing yoga. I guessed it was a lack of strength and stability in my core so I reached for Elements after following your youtube ch and blog for quite some time. Most of all Elements thaught me to back off abit in order to go deeper with more control and more stability. It gave me a completely new perspective on yoga which now I do my own way and I complement it with Elements and Mobility which I also own. The program is also very fun to do it gives my practice more movement nutrition. The only thi g I'd like to change is that when doing 30 or 45 min it is not only practice / play that is longer. It gets a bit too long for me and too repetitive. I'd welcome a longer prepare and push as well so it is a bit more balanced. I also do my practice first thing in the morning so a longer prepare is a must for me.

I had tried yoga on and off for years. While it increased flexibility and strength, it didn't do much for the body pain I'd had for around 15 years. Elements loosened up my hamstrings within the first few weeks, and by the end of the program I had zero body pain. I still do the program every so often for maintenance.
