I'm a massage therapist and so many of my clients come in with muscle spasm, and injuries from things like... shovelling snow, picking up kids, and regular everyday life. Some of these people are former high-performance athletes and all of them have been active in sports and exercise currently. What they lack is strength and mobility in the unpredictable positions that life throws at them. Elements solves this problem by building in mindfulness in movement, training proprioception, taking joints through their full range of motion and building functional strength. I also have my 12-year-old son doing it to build a strong foundation for the active life we lead and get him stronger for any sport he chooses! I really love Elements (obviously). I've finished the program but go back to different sessions to work on these fundamental moves, or just use the Prepare section and then work on my own movement flow based on what I learned in Elements.

Incredibly fun and, most of all, I get results with only 15 minutes a day. Can't beat that.

I have been doing Elements and off for about 2-3 years now and would definitely recommend this program to anyone looking to improve their fitness and mobility. I love that the purchase of this program gives you lifetime access. You will definitely be moving better if you follow this program and GMB approach to training. The training instructions are very detailed and videos are updated once in a while. I also love the fact that GMB puts out a lot of great free quality content. I feel that by purchasing this program I helped GMB continue putting out great high quality content for free.

Elements is great. I have done it multiple times (almost yearly over the last 5 years) - the first time it was my primary training but now I use the 15 minute session option as a warm-up and pre-hab before my strength training or conditioning sessions. It makes tight my hips, back, and shoulders feel good. Nice base to progress into other GMB programs. They're the most fun warm-ups/prehab I have done.

I have been working through Elements for the past 2 months. I was looking for a simple, full body routine, that I can do anywhere, that is effective. My goal is generally to be a Dad that can get down on the ground with my kids chase them up and down the playground, go down slides and climb monkey bars. All of these things have been much easier as a result of this program. The main problem I have had is knowing when to STOP. The movements are fun and it’s exciting to see improvements. I had to slow down to do less sessions/week due to overly fatiguing myself. The extensive extra info from free articles to the Autonomy podcast are great additions for learning the philosophy behind the movements and to empower you to take things at the pace that is right for you. I am sure by the end of the program I am going to fire it up again and start over.

I'm impressed with the results of my elements training. My lower back pain disappeared, and I gained elasticity, strength and mobility. I can do it anytime and anywhere, no need for any fancy gym subscription, just a bit of indoor or outdoor space is sufficient. I did once the whole element program and now I'm doing it for the second time. 100% recommended as a new way of doing exercise using natural movements of the body

Although I'm generally a very fit 68-year-old, I was noticeably losing flexibility and was having a hard time with everyday movements like getting up off the floor, reaching into low cabinets, lifting things up over my head, etc. Since starting a regular routine of Elements over two years ago, my functional mobility has improved markedly. Daily movements like squatting, reaching, bending, and lifting have all gotten much easier. But the best part of Elements may be that I can do it at home with no apparatus and the online support has been very helpful. I highly recommend Elements!
