I found GMB while researching bodyweight training. After watching some of Ryan's videos and comparing the information I found about GMB's programmes to other programmes, I decided to give Elements a go and I have to say that I haven't been disappointed! Elements is great if you are interested in improving your mobility, reduce aches and pains, and get stronger too. You are given the option to choose the length of your session, and in each session you do a combination of at least two of the main movements taught in the Elements programme. The programme also allows you to play with the movements you learn and despite some movements being hard, I find this whole part extremely relaxing and fun. I like the programme so much that since then I have bought other GMB programmes too, although I haven't been as disciplined lately as I would like to be, and have yet to start these other ones. I used to go to the gym at least five times a day before buying Elements and I've noticed that since I started it, I am not only more flexible, but I also have much more control of my body, which is great!

Elements is fun, and I feel stronger. I do BJJ 4 times per week and noticed that I have been stiff and exhausted here lately after training. I added Elements 3-4 times per week, and I felt better almost immediately. I can tell my mobility has increased. I also look forward to the workouts, which is not the same for many other workouts I have done. I like the format and the way exercises are timed versus a prescribed number of reps. The only change I would like is the ability to download a workout so that I can work out when I do not have a cell signal or wifi.

I followed GMB for several years before I purchased any of their programs. My first purchase was Elements and I have no regrets. It took me awhile to complete the training due to high demands on my schedule. I thought it wouldn't benefit me if I couldn't give the full 30-45 minutes. Even with large gaps in my training I noticed improvements in my coordination. I finally decided I would prioritize my training and took 15 minutes 3 times a week for Elements. That choice led to consistent training and I made huge strides in what I was able to achieve, even in those short 15 minute increments. I'm 45 years old and have battled rheumatoid arthritis for nearly 20 years in my hands and wrists. I will probably never be able to do handstands, but my body is able to do everything I ask it to do without complaint. I can get up and down off the floor with my students, work in my garden and play with my kids. I feel strong and capable and I am convinced it is because of my work with Elements. Thank you GMB!

I have been using elements for the last 6 months, I have to say that I found it super easy to follow and very entertaining. Elements has helped to regains mobility and better range on motion. Now my squats are way better and my form keeps improving. I use elements as a warmup before working out. I Highly recommend it

I started with Elements during Covid-19 lockdown in 2020 when my gym was closed. I wanted to stay as active as possible and keep on strengthening my body while I was forced to stay at home. What got me hooked was the varied combination of known and unknown movements ranging from easy to challenging. I've gained much more arm and upper body strength (2 of my weak spots) and I am able to stay longer in positions requiring strength and range of motion (e.g. deep squat). As a physio I really liked that there were different variations of movements to choose from respecting the individual skill sets without persisting on "the single perfect form" (which is not existing by the way).
