“I am on my fourth run-through of Integral Strength after not having done much strength training over the past decade. I feel that the progressions and sessions are well structured, meaningfully challenging, and highly relatable to the skills I am interested in developing. After doing mostly Tai Chi for a long time, I can say that I'm building the kind of strength I want to see and having a blast doing it! I love the fact that I can do with minimal or no equipment, as well.”
“I use IS as an adon to my martial arts training. Even with just 15min sessions once or twice a week, I notice real gains in overall strength, particularly in the shoulders. I train with the rings version, but sometimes I join my wife with her no-equipment version: Both are excellent, but if you can spend the extra bugs, pulling strength is hard to come by without rings or bar. And it's worth it!”
“I started Integral Strength to help me get stronger so I could better perform Elements - and it works! I am getting stronger every week. I love the flexibility of the program - for example, I can choose modifications and time options to fit my often unpredictable mornings. One last thing, this program, really all of GMB programs, encourages mindfulness. I am encouraged to know and ACCEPT my body.”
“This programme is very convenient as I can do it in a small room in my house without any special equipment. I like the ability to choose the training time, and find it easy to fit in half hour sessions on a regular basis. I am impressed by the attention to detail in the range of exercises that pay attention to aspects like mobility and balance. I was looking for a strength training programme that would not injure me, and I would go so far as to say this one is actively preventing injuries! The exercises are challenging, but I like the focus on skill development -I find it motivating to think that I am gradually getting closer to being able to do the tougher moves.”
