LI is a great program. It hits all of the main factors for a long health span, mobility, balance, strength and cardio. Can’t recommend GMB enough.

It is a fun program, short enough to be done daily. What I enjoyed the most were the falling exercises. They make you feel comfortable with the floor.

I have completed several rounds of Literal Immortality, and every time I find the sessions helps me increase my movement, strength, and spacial awareness. A profound effect on the rest of my GMB work and allowing me to live life to it's fullest. I work to keep this as part of my weekly routine. Sometimes as a recovery day if I am feeling really good and sometimes as a workout. Either or it does not dissapoint.

Yes, it is a taff program. Especially mentaly taff. But it literal works!

Added Literal Immortality to my library of GMB programs, after Elements, Mobility, Resilience, Integral Strength. I like the added variety and different angle in practice, helps my gage improvements from using the other programs. I use it in alternance with Recovery.

Literal Immortality was the perfect fit for me, as a mostly-sedentary 60-year-old South Asian man. Everything was just at the limit of my capabilities and I could feel myself improving over a whole range of dimensions, over the 36 sessions. Thanks to GMB, I will now live better, if not forever.

In the beginning, especially the strength elements were challenging - toe touches, the muscles in my belly complained a lot and also the toe lunges were very challenging. After just a few weeks, I feel a big improvement, no more muscle aches (mostly) and the toe touches are a lot less challenging, I can do more than just 1 or 2 in a row. I only due this programm twice a week, Tuesdays and Saturdays, first thing in the morning, and combine it with 15 minutes of Elements 5 times a week.

I just love the format of Litteral Immortality. 15-20min has been the perfect format to start the day rven in my busy life. My body s never felt so good, and that daily investment has made me more productive in all areas of life on top of feeling great.
