“This is a fun program that covers an interesting mix of stuff - building strength, improving mobility, practicing how to fall, balance, crawl, get up off the ground. It's a great movement "prescription" for staying healthy and functional as you get older. Don't be the person who is too weak or stiff to live life to the fullest - get literal immortality. It's only 20 mins per session so you can fit it in a couple days per week.”
